Contract Submissions for Board Approval

The Benicia Unified School District recognizes the crucial role of contract agreements in achieving our goals. In line with Governing Board Policy 3312, all contracts must be approved or ratified by the Governing Board. To streamline the contract approval process, please complete the attached document. The information you provide will be reviewed and included in the agenda for the corresponding Governing Board meeting.

Please ensure that you submit the completed document by the Tuesday of the week preceding the Governing Board meeting where you seek approval, which is 9 days in advance. The dates can be found by clicking the “2024 Board Meeting AgendaSubmission Date” button below.
