NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING THE PROPOSED 2020/21 BUDGET
BENICIA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Benicia Unified School District, at a virtual board meeting to be held on May 28, 2020, will hold a public hearing on the issue of discussing the proposed 2020/21 Budget.
YOU WILL THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE THAT a public hearing will be held before the Governing Board of the District as follows:
Date: May 28, 2020
Place: During our Regular (Virtual) Meeting being held In Compliance with Executive Order N-29-20 and N-35-20 issued by Governor Newsom on March 12th and 21st, 2020 respectively, this meeting will be Livestreamed and recorded via the BUSD YouTube channel linked here: https://www.youtube.com/c/beniciaunifiedschooldistrict
Meeting will be conducted via Zoom from the Benicia Unified District Board Room 350 East K Street. Benicia, CA 94510
Time: 7:00p.m.
The public hearing shall be in accordance with California Elections Code section 10010.
