Dear Parents, Guardians and all Staff Members:

You may have heard on the news this evening that due to the fires, the virtual learning model for some of the schools in Solano County, is being postponed for the remainder of the week.  We are monitoring the situation closely and at this time, we are able to keep our virtual learning model in BUSD open.

We are working closely with any staff members who might live in affected areas and are providing support as needed.  School will be in session as planned unless the situation changes and if it does, we will get out a communication to everyone.  We appreciate your patience.

Please take a moment to send your prayers and positive thoughts to those who might be affected by the fires.  We are living in challenging times but this school district and town always pulls together, and there is great power and strength in that bond.

Thank you.
Charles F. Young Ed.D.
Superintendent
