Intradistrict/Open Enrollment is for Benicia elementary students choosing to attend a school that is outside of their parent’s school of residence. The process is now open and will remain open during March 1-31, when the parent fills out the Intradistrict/Open Enrollment form and requests that their child(ren) attend a district school in which space is available. The application is due by the end of March for consideration. Not all district schools are open to transfers. This process is now open for the 2021/22 school year. The form can be found here. Approval of transfer applications is reviewed later in the Spring. Students with siblings will be considered first in this process. This is not the process for out-of-district transfer requests.
