Dear Benicia Community and Staff,
On behalf of the Board Trustees and myself, it is with our deepest sympathy that we express our condolences to the family of Michael Vincent Lopretta, BHS grad from the Class of 2021. We understand that a vigil was held for him yesterday at 6pm at First Street Park and we join the community in mourning such an untimely and tragic death.
Counselors are available as well as our Wellness Centers at our school sites for any student in need of support.
