I am excited to announce that we have a new Director of Technology and Innovation. Mr. Sebastiano Padoan comes to us with high recommendations from San Ramon Valley Unified School District.
Mr. Padoan earned his undergraduate degree from Cal State University of the East Bay in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Mr. Padoan studied and earned a degree in Applied Technology at the Institute of Technology, Venice, Italy. Mr. Padoan began his twelve-year career in education as a Systems Assistant at San Ramon Unified where he rose up the ranks from Systems Assistant to Network Systems Specialist to Supervisor of Technical Support.
Mr. Padoan has a broad skill set in network and device configuration and support, network security, communications systems, education and operating systems and data center operations. He is skilled in the configuration, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of technology hardware and software. He is equally adept at assisting teachers and students with applications and software.
He comes to Benicia Unified with high recommendations from his previous Superintendent and Supervisor.
