Benicia Unified School District announces the dates for Elementary Enrollment for the 2017-18 school year. BUSD welcomes all new families to the school district and we want to make enrollment as painless as possible. Parents of new kindergarten students who reside in Benicia and turn five by September 1st can make an appointment at their resident school beginning the month of February. Parents of new transitional kindergarten students who turn five between September 2nd and December 1st can also make an appointment to enroll at their resident school beginning the month of February. All other new Elementary students can enroll starting in March.
Open Enrollment, for continuing students wishing to attend an elementary school outside of their neighborhood school, will occur during the month of March. Click here for more information and forms.
