BUSD is in the midst of the Strategic Plan/LCAP process, which includes the Stakeholder Engagement sessions where staff and community had the opportunity to give feedback and input on the actions/services in our Strategic Plan/LCAP.
On Friday, March 24th, between 3:00-6:00 in the District Office Board Room, stakeholders will have an opportunity to participate in a Prioritization Gallery Walk. This is an open house style event where stakeholders are invited to come in, review performance data aligned to goals & actions/services, and give a ranking on the actions/services gathered during the Stakeholder Engagement meetings. The Gallery Walk ranking will be used as advisory information as the 2017-18 Strategic Plan/LCAP is developed.
