The Regular School Board meeting for November 2nd will begin at 7 pm at 350 East K Street in the Board Room. The Board will highlight a student winner of the SCOE Attendance Awareness Contest and two outstanding Coaches.
Roxanne Egan, Bond Director, will give the quarterly update on the Measure S facility bond projects. Dr. Young will bring forward for first reading, some Board Policies.
The Principals from Joe Henderson and Robert Semple will present their Single Plan for Student Achievement with site goals aligned with the District’s Strategic Plan/Local Control Accountability Plan.
The rest of the meeting will cover the early retirement incentive for employees retiring in 2018, a new job description for the Child Development Teacher (no cost increase involved) and the resignation of a Bond Oversight Committee member with permission to solicit a new member.
