Elementary
Attending school regularly helps children feel better about school – and themselves. Start building this habit so they learn that going to school on time every day is important and rewarding. Eventually, good attendance will be a skill that will help them succeed in high school and college. 
Secondary
We don’t want your student to fall behind in school. Here are a few practical tips to help support regular attendance:
- Maintaining consistent daily routines, especially when it comes to bedtime/sleep
- Encourage your student go to school every day unless they are truly sick
- Avoid scheduling vacations or doctor’s appointments when school is in session.
