Cyndee Bogart
Many of you may already know Cyndee Bogart, the smiling face in the Human Resource Department. Now, she has the M&O Department beaming with joy as she steps into her new role as our Office Manager. Cyndee brings with her a proven track record of efficiency, professionalism, and a great attitude. We are eagerly anticipating her arrival and the positive changes she will bring to our team.
Together, our team is dedicated to moving the M&O Department toward more user-friendly digital formats, and we know Cyndee will help ensure our success. Michelle Griffin
Michelle Griffin works as an Office Technician within the Student Services Department. She has learned all the “ins and outs” of the Department and strategically implemented systems in less than a year. Her customer service approach, including a positive attitude, high energy, enthusiasm, compassion, and empathy, reinforces the values of our organization and has earned her an outstanding and well-deserved reputation in our community. Michelle’s work ethic is impeccable. She has exceptional problem-solving skills, which enables her to complete complex tasks seamlessly. Michelle Griffin, thank you for being a BUSD All-Star!
Mellissa Harley
Mellissa Harley is an outstanding educator. Whether as a library media tech, a teacher, or a principal, she is incredibly talented, fiercely committed to her students, and an excellent and steadfast teammate. The enduring impact of Mellissa, our 2018 District Teacher of the Year, continues to be felt and makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves. She is vibrant, lively, and an incredible joy in everything she does. Mellissa Harley, you are an absolute All-Star through and through!
Anne Mang
Simply put, Anne Mang is an incredible educator who routinely makes a remarkable impact on all her students’ emotional well-being and social development through her role with Special Friends. Her one-to-one attention with students in a play-based setting provides often-needed respite for students and a highlight to their day. Her warmth, positivity, and kindness are the cornerstones of her all-around fantastic self. Anne Mang is a stellar teammate, such a joy to work with, an excellent professional, and undoubtedly an all-around All-Star!
Robert Semple Staff:
Thank you, Robert Semple staff from PreK-5th grade, for demonstrating the “true Robert Semple” magic and resilience by banning together, moving forward, and always supporting students. The Robert Semple RISE programs from pre-K on up are incredible, serving students who need additional support. The Robert Semple team never hesitates to step in and cover duties when colleagues are absent, reinforces the importance of state CAASPP, sets behavioral expectations, and has been complimented during school field trips.
Robert Semple’s resilience is cause for celebration. Here’s to an outstanding staff from the lunchroom, custodians, aides, noon duty supervisors, office staff, wellness center, specialists, counseling support, preschool through fifth-grade teachers, and after-school staff!
